Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling. Refund Policy: 1. No Refunds on Services started. All consulting session payments are final and non-refundable once the booked service time starts. Please request a refund 12 hours before your scheduled time. 2. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. 3. Missed Sessions No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
